The 2nd GDPR Documentation Conference, organized by Must Read Media Publishing, was held on Thursday, March 6, 2025. Participation in the event was an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and learn about the latest case law and current interpretations of the law on GDPR!

During his presentation, Grzegorz Pobozniak, partner at KKG Legal, touched on the topic of Data Transfer Impact Assessment (DTIA), meaning the impact of data transfer outside the EEA. He answered questions about when a DTIA is required, how to prepare one, and what to pay attention to in order to meet regulatory requirements to realistically support risk management.

Conference participants could also learn about topics such as:

  • Design and implementation of information clauses,
  • Documentation in the context of working with suppliers,
  • GDPR in practice: Integration of internal policies in the context of AI and whistleblowing.

Thank you to the organizers for the opportunity to attend the event and to the participants for their active participation in the conference!
