Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, is a co-author and scientific editor of the book entitled Plus ratio quam vis consuetudinis. Reforma nauki i akademii w Ustawie 2.0, Wyd. 2., Kraków 2017, (Oficyna Allerhanda).

‘Ustawa 2.0’ is a scientific project implemented in the frames of the grant awarded by the Minister of Science and Higher Education for developing assumptions of legal solutions in the area of the higher education.

The publication presents the concept of the reform developed by a team of scholars associated with the Allerhand Institute, headed by the President of the Institute, dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan. It was selected by the Competition Committee for further works – as one of the three winning publications from among fifteen submitted. The study includes assumptions for a new higher education system, including all concepts, proposals, and recommendations.
