Professor Andrzej Kubas was appointed as an arbitrator at the 3rd National Moot Court – Commercial Arbitration Competition organised by the Local Section of the European Law Students’ Association ELSA Warsaw in cooperation with the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw. The competition is addressed to law students from all over Poland. It consists of two stages: written and oral.
The National Moot Court – Commercial Arbitration Competition, among other moot court type competitions organised in Poland is the only one which takes place in Polish and, moreover, addresses issues typical for the Polish legal system.
It aims at popularising and promoting knowledge in the scope of arbitral proceedings, promoting trial-related knowledge, proving oneself in the role of an attorney, acquiring solid experience, and putting the skills acquired by students in the course of their studies into practical use.
