On 30 May, dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, participated in a session of the Informal Company Law Expert Group (ICLEG) as the sole representative of Poland on a team composed of 14 members.
The group is the European Commission advisory body which provides consultations in the area of companies law and works on legislative initiatives in this scope. Its particular focus is on developing regulatory policies and drafts of directives and other EU legislative acts related to cross-border mergers and divisions, as well as concern law (groups of companies law).
