The conference "Real Estate Due Diligence. Practical Aspects of Legal Analysis of the Legal Status of Real Estate" took place on 23 November. During the event, Dr Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, co-managing partner and head of KKG's Real Estate Desk, and Magdalena Krzemińska, legal counsel at KKG, gave a presentation on "Investigating the Legal Status of Real Estate".
The event also covered issues related to examining the local spatial development plan or planning permission for real estate, land and mortgage registers, land and building registers, real estate leases, and examining access to the public road and notification of the planned investment.
