Disputes related to construction works are of great importance in court and arbitration practice. At the same time, they are a source of important legal issues, which are inconsistently resolved in doctrine and case law.
During the National Scientific Conference "Construction Contract in the Practice of Common Courts and Arbitration Courts", experts from the industry discussed the issues of key importance for the practice relating to disputes arising from construction contracts. Aleksandra Kuzawińska, attorney-at-law and senior counsel at KKG, gave a presentation entitled "Consortium - Locus Standi in Litigation and Formulation of Claims".
The conference was organised by the Department of Civil Procedure at the University of Warsaw and the Scientific Circle of Mediation, Negotiation and Arbitration.
