The webinar "Practical aspects and problematic issues of ESG reporting" took place on 27 November. It was a great opportunity to discuss recommended ESG reporting methodologies, criteria and time estimation for data aggregation, as well as issues of sanctions, powers of entities controlling ESG reports and available IT solutions that comply with the requirements of ESG laws.
Kamil Zawicki, attorney-at-law, co-managing partner, head of KKG's Energy & Natural Resources Desk, partner in KKG's Life Sciences & Biotechnology Desk, and Patrycja Wysocka, attorney, partner, co-head of KKG's Energy & Natural Resources Desk, discussed the legal status and formal requirements of ESG reporting, as well as the powers of controlling entities.
Meanwhile, the topic of practical aspects and problematic issues of ESG reporting was addressed by ESG Impact Network experts Anna Kornecka, CEO, Aleksandra Majka, VP, and Marta Wrembel, VP.
