On 10 October, another conference organised by Must Read Media took place. This event was devoted to key legal issues related to real estate leases.
The conference programme included topics such as the reinstatement of the subject of a lease, the most common security features used in commercial leases and the termination of a lease for residential premises leased to meet residential needs.
Paweł Sikora, attorney-at-law and managing partner of the Warsaw office, provided practical tips on how to effectively negotiate the terms of a lease and control its costs. Jędrzej Majka, attorney-at-law, of counsel, discussed the key provisions that should be included in every lease.
The conference was an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences and deepen knowledge about the current challenges of the real estate market.
