On May 21 a specialized training course was held entitled “Legal aspects of the investment process in the nuclear power industry”, organized by the “New Energy” Publishing House.
The webinar was led by lawyers from KKG Legal, who specialize in legal advice to the nuclear power sector and support clients in projects of strategic importance to Poland’s energy transition: Patrycja Wysocka, attorney at law, co-managing partner, leader of the Energy and Natural Resources Practice, and Patrycja Nowakowska, counsel, expert of the Energy and Natural Resources Practice.
During the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about key legal issues related to the investment process in the nuclear sector, both from a regulatory and contractual perspective.
The event program included three thematic blocks:
Investment process - administrative procedures
Civil liability for nuclear damage and its meaning in nuclear business operations
Investment process - contractual relationships
The training brought together representatives from the energy sector, including construction companies, technology suppliers, investors, and public administration officials.
With years of experience advising energy sector entities and participating in strategic infrastructure projects, our speakers will provide participants with not only a cross-sectional view of the issues but also a practical perspective on the regulatory and contractual challenges associated with nuclear power.
KKG Legal was a Legal Partner of the training.
