During the Academy of the Polish Arbitration Forum which was held on 24 April at the Faculty of Law, Administration, and Economy of University of Wroclaw, Mr. Maciej Durbas delivered a lecture entitled Arbitration Court-Related Proceedings before a Common Court.

The Polish Arbitration Forum is a project promoting alternative dispute resolution methods and presenting arbitration on three planes: a legal institution, a social phenomenon, a service for business. The goal of the event was to present differences between courts of arbitration and common courts on the basis of practical examples.

The Academy was organised by the European Centre of Arbitration in cooperation with the University of Wroclaw Civil Law Society.
