We are very happy to inform that Mirosław Cejmer, PhD, attorney-at-law, joined the group of Partners at Kubas Kos Gałkowski. Associated with KKG since 2005. He specialises in Polish and European Community company law as well as concern law, and also the legal-comparative analysis of capital corporation issues and the capital market in Europe and the United States. He also concentrates on the fields of civil and commercial law. He was a member of the Civil Law Codification Committee task team, handling the preparation of provisions of the Civil Code on representation. More
