On 5-6 October 2018 Warsaw hosted the 7th edition of the CopyCamp international conference dedicated to social and economic aspects of copyrights law. The leitmotif of this year’s edition was ‘Designing a Creative Environment of the Future’.
The proceedings of the second day included a presentation entitled ‘Business Method Protection – to Exclude or to Allow for the Polish Law Centennial?’ was delivered by Magdalena Krawczyk, attorney-at-law and a senior associate at Kubas Kos Gałkowski.
The event was organised by the Modern Poland Foundation in partnership with the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, the National Film Archive –Audiovisual Institute, the ZAiKS Polish Society of Authors and Composers, and Google Polska. The Ministry of Digitalisation exercised honorary patronage over the conference.
