Rafał Kos, PhD has been appointed member of the Corporate Law Reform Committee. The main task of the Committee is to develop a proposal for a comprehensive reform of the law on the functioning of ownership supervision in commercial companies.

The Committee’s activities will be supported by a group of specialists forming five expert teams, including the Expert Team for Improving the Effectiveness of Supervisory Boards, composed of Rafał Kos, PhD and the Expert Team for Group of Corporation Law, composed of Rafał Kos, PhD and Mirosław Cejmer, PhD.
