Kubas Kos Gałkowski was the partner of the 2nd National Scientific Conference entitled “European Companies Law and the Capital Market Law”, which took place on 9-10 June. The event was organised by the Scientific Society for Commercial and Trade Law at the TBSP of Jagiellonian University, Scientific Society of Financial Market Law at the TBSP of Jagiellonian University, Scientific Society for Civil Law of Jagiellonian University and the Allerhand Institute.

The conference was addressed to students, PhD candidates as well as graduates of law, economics and related fields of study. The aim of the conference was to present the most current topics in the scope of European company law, and also the capital market law and economics, as well as facilitating a lively debate on the topics for the participants. Interesting lectures and panel discussions with the participation of experts, as well as presentations by students from all over Poland were held during the course of the Conference.
