On 5 October 2018, a training session held in the frames of Kubas Kos Gałkowski Academy of Law and Business entitled Six Months with GDPR – the Functioning of the New Regulation From the Perspective of Marketing, HR, and Sales Departments was held in Trzebownisko near Rzeszow.

The session was conducted by Grzegorz Pobożniak, attorney-at-law, and Wojciech Wandzel, attorney-at-law, partners at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, as well as Tomasz Sowa, attorney-at-law, an associate at Kubas Kos Gałkowski.

The training addressed issues including: processing client and business partner data, storing contact data, observing information obligations, recruitment processes, employee monitoring, remarketing, and profiling.
