Kubas Kos Gałkowski was ranked among the best law firms in Poland and Europe.  The prestigious British publication Legal 500 recommended the Firm in the Dispute Resolution category.

The publisher praised the Firm’s multidisciplinary team with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, real estate, banking, restructuring, corporate law, energy law and litigation.  Attention was drawn to the partners of the Firm – Rafał Kos, PhD appointed as a Permanent Arbitrator and Conciliator of the Court of Arbitration at the General Counsel to the Republic of Poland from 2020, Kamil Zawicki, who handles disputes in the energy sector, and Barbara Jelonek-Jarco, PhD who deals with international arbitration proceedings, disputes based on BITs (Bilateral Investment Treaties), as well as unfair competition disputes.
