KKG has assumed patronage over the publication of Aleksander Doliński’s monograph “Austrian Limited Liability Company Law”, Lviv 1908 – Warsaw 2021, which contains a profound analysis of all aspects of establishing and functioning of a new type of company.

Aleksander Doliński was an outstanding expert in commercial and civil law, a professor at the University of Lviv. On the basis of the preserved original copies, published in Lviv already in 1908, the full content of the volume has been transposed to the contemporary publishing technique, preserving the authentic spelling.
