On 21 September, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Berlin hosted an international conference entitled German-Polish Dispute Resolution 4.0. Mr. Kamil Zawicki, attorney-at-law and a co-managing partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski acted as the moderator  of the panel entitled Arbitration in Poland and Germany.

The event was organised by Die Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit e. V. (DIS) in cooperation with the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Warsaw and the Lewiatan Court of Arbitration.

The goal of the event was to provide a venue for discussing the subject of effective recognition of arbitration disputes in Polish-German relations. The conference saw participation from prominent arbitration practitioners, corporate lawyers, and representatives of business.
