It is our great pleasure to invite all interested parties to the 5th EFILA Annual Lecture The Proliferation of Courts and Tribunals: Navigating Multiple Proceedings to be delivered on 14 November 2019 in Brussels. The lecture will be presented by Professor Laurence Boisson de Chazournes – a lecturer at the University of Geneva Faculty of Law (Switzerland) with extensive experience in the area of international dispute resolution, an arbitrator in investment cases, cooperating as an expert with numerous international associations and organisations.

The event is organised by the European Federation for Investment Law and Arbitration (EFILA). As each year, Kubas Kos Gałkowski law firm is a partner of the event.
