On 27-28 September Krakow hosted a national scientific conference entitled ‘Alternative Dispute Resolution – Legal, Economic, and International Dimension’. Rafał Kos, PhD, participated in the event delivering a paper entitled ‘Binding the Legal Successor With an Arbitration Clause – a Critical Analysis of the Status of the Case Law and Doctrine’.

The event was academic and practical in nature, focusing on the practice of application of arbitration and mediation in negotiation techniques on the domestic and international plane. Experts in the field representing both the academia and the practice discussed issues from the area of arbitration, mediation, and negotiations.

The event was co-hosted by three universities of Krakow: Jagiellonian University, the Pedagogical University of Krakow, and Krakow University of Economics, in collaboration with the Lesser Poland Centre for Arbitration and Mediation.
