On 12 April the Educational Centre of the Jagiellonian University Faculty of Law and Administration hosted the 11th Jagiellonian Colloquium entitled “Current Issues in Inheritance Law” held by the JU Chair of Civil Law.
The conference proceedings included a paper entitled “Succession Management from the Perspective of Third Parties Entering into Legal Relations with the Entrepreneur” delivered by Julita Zawadzka, PhD, a partner at Kubas Kos Gałkowski.
Other papers presented during the conference discussed such topics as, among others: perspectives in the development of inheritance law, enterprise succession management, access to digital content of a deceased user of internet services, and the application of new technologies in inheritance law.
Kubas Kos Gałkowski provided the patronage for the conference for the eleventh time.
