From 12 to 13 February, the Vienna University of Economics and Business hosted a conference entitled Stakeholder Protection in Restructuring – Selected Company and Labor Law Issues. The event was organized by Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien in the frames of the IMPULSE project Restructuring of companies and EU law financed by Österreichische Austauschdienst (OeAD).

The program of the first day of the event included a paper entitled Shareholder Protection in Mergers and Divisions delivered by Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski.
