On 1 March, dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, presented the results of the works of the Allerhand Institute’s Team for the Reform of Science and Higher Education (“Ustawa 2.0”), which he presided over. The event was part of the National Congress of Science – a gala organised by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education and the Warsaw University of Technology.

Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan is the head of one of the teams entrusted by the Minister of Science and Higher Education with the task of developing the reform of Polish science. The project aims, among others, at designing a model of a university effectively taking advantage of its resources, competing for talents, supplying knowledge for the economy and cultural capital for the society, as well as creating better conditions of work for young scientists and increasing the international nature and competitiveness of Polish science.
