Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan Delivers a Lecture at a Seminar at the Faculty of Law of the Babeş-Bolyai University

On 2 November, Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, delivered a lecture entitled Advocatus Populi and Advocatus Diaboli – on Law, Arguments and Strategies in Brexit Negotiations at a seminar organised by the Faculty of Law of the Babeş-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.
The debate included subjects which Dr hab. Radwan has been working on together with Hans-Bernd Schaefer, a German economist and trailblazer in the field of law and economy in Germany and Europe.
