From 5 to 6 April Krakow hosted the All-Poland “Current Trends in Development of the Code of Civil Procedure” organised by the Association of Law Students’ Library of the Jagiellonian University Civil Procedure Scientific Society in cooperation with the Jagiellonian University Chair of the Civil Procedure.

The goal of the conference was to analyse and evaluate the government draft of the amendment to the Code of Civil Procedure which was submitted to the Sejm on 8 January 2019. The first day was dedicated to papers delivered by students and PhD candidates whereas the proceedings of the second day comprised appearances of experts in the area of proceedings in civil cases.
