Attorney trainee.

Specialises in substantive and procedural civil law and corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A transactions.

Participates in the preparation and review of contracts, legal audits (due diligence), business transformation projects and ongoing transactional consulting. Works with a team providing legal services to domestic and foreign entities and conducting civil and commercial litigation against the background of corporate, transactional and post-transactional disputes, as well as capital market disputes.

His interests also include capital markets law, financial instruments.
