Experience
Attorney trainee. Specialises in contract law, particularly the consequences of breach of obligation and warranty liability. Collaborates with teams handling litigation, arbitration proceedings, and real estate law.
In his practice to date, he has participated in complex international arbitration proceedings, prosecuted, inter alia, under the ICC and the LCIA rules, as well as in ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL rules. He has also participated in drafting legal opinions and pleadings in civil litigation, business law and real estate law. His interests also include private banking law.
