We are pleased to announce that the paper “The space of possible e-justice processes” co-authored by our associate Tadeusz Zbiegień together with Prof. dr hab. Grzegorz J. Nalepa, Michał Araszkiewicz, PhD, Karolina Mania, PhD, has been awarded the prestigious LexisNexis IRI§24 Best Paper Award at the International Legal Informatics Symposium IRIS in 2024!
The paper, a result of the EC-funded E-Justice ODR Scheme project, was recognised among the top 10 papers and explored groundbreaking concepts in e-Justice processes during the third day of the conference, which was funded by the European Union’s Justice Programme (2021-2027).
The International Legal Informatics Symposium IRIS took place for the 27th time in 2024 and had firmly established itself as the crucial scientific conference in Central Europe in the field of legal informatics. The focus of the conference was the exchange of information between leading international legal informatics specialists on dogmatic, technical, economic, social and philosophical issues of law in the knowledge society. The main theme for 2024 was: LEGAL LANGUAGE MODELS.
