On October 24-25, 2024, the “Solidarity Arbitration and Mediation Days” will take place in Warsaw. This event, aimed at expressing the solidarity of the international arbitration and mediation community with those affected by the war in Ukraine, focuses on current challenges and innovations in infrastructure, construction, and energy in Central and Eastern Europe.

The theme of this year’s conference is: SHAPING HORIZONS: CURRENT CHALLENGES AND INNOVATIONS IN INFRASTRUCTURE, CONSTRUCTION AND ENERGY IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE.

Maciej Durbas, partner and Arbitration Practice co-leader at KKG, will moderate the Panel II. The Coming Wave: Dispute Resolution in the Digital Age on the second day of the conference. The panel will feature esteemed speakers who will delve into actual use cases and real impact the new technologies will have on the dispute resolution market and its stakeholders.

As a non-profit event, all proceeds will support the scholarship fund for Ukrainian students and junior lawyers.
