The official presentation of the Arbitration Rules of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS) 2018 took place on 4 November at Collegium Maius in Krakow.

Following the conclusion of the first part of the meeting, the debates focused on issues important from the perspective of Polish and German commercial arbitration. Rafał Kos, PhD took part in the discussion on Commercial Arbitration on the Example of the 2018 DIS Arbitration Rules, while Maciej Durbas, senior associate at Kubas Kos Gałkowski, took floor in the debate on Arbitration Proceedings in Polish and German Law.
