On 16 December, the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw hosted a Scientific Conference - II Restructuring Congress "Financing of Enterprises in Restructuring", organised by the Industrial Development Agency.

During the conference, participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences related to the restructuring and financing of enterprises from the point of view of representatives of the science and practice of bankruptcy and restructuring law: judges, legal advisors, attorneys, restructuring advisors, and entrepreneurs.

Wojciech Wandzel, attorney-at-law and partner at KKG, took part in the discussion and delivered a paper entitled 'Forced Restructuring of Banks - Causes and Basic Effects of Initiating Forced Restructuring'.
