Between 6 and 10 February, the 77th session meeting of the UNCITRAL Working Group II (Dispute Settlement) was held in New York, during which, for the fifth time, Poland was represented, among others, by Rafał Kos, PhD.

UNCITRAL is a UN committee on international trade law. It bases its work on the activities of six thematic working groups consisting of representatives of Commission member states, as well as representatives of non-member states and intergovernmental and non-governmental organisations. During the annual meetings of the working groups, Poland is represented by highly qualified international trade law experts, academics and legal practitioners.
