On 5 February, the 5th Polish Real Estate Law Congress took place, during which Wojciech Dobroś, Senior Associate at KKG, gave a lecture on the triad of participants in the construction process, including the role of the lawyer, the designer and the authority.
The Congress also covered prohibited clauses in development contracts, intertemporal provisions in construction law and practical issues related to real estate purchase agreements and leases.
