On 20 February, the conference Banking Disputes. Swiss Franc and WIBOR disputes - recent case law, practice and legal issues - an event aimed at banking professionals, lawyers specialising in financial law and anyone interested in current challenges and opportunities in the banking sector.
During the event, organised by the MUST READ MEDIA Publishing House, a number of important issues concerning the banking sector were discussed. Aleksandra Kuzawińska, Senior Counsel, discussed practical issues and the latest case law related to WIBOR disputes. Marek Malciak, Counsel, presented the broader issue of sanctions on free credit.
