The 11th Polish Construction Law Congress, organised by MUST READ MEDIA Publishing House, took place on 22-24 April. It was a unique opportunity for construction law practitioners to gain up-to-date knowledge, exchange experiences, and meet many representatives of investors, contractors, and experts who make up the construction market in Poland.

During this three-day event, we had the opportunity to attend lectures given by the best construction law experts in the country.

On the third day of the Congress, our senior associate, Wojciech Dobroś, discussed the topic of unauthorised construction and its legalisation. The conference also covered a number of other important topics, including the latest and planned changes in construction law, contractual penalties and their mitigation, the valorisation of construction contracts, copyrights in design documentation, filing of claims during construction (claim management), and many others.

We want to thank the organisers and participants of the conference for their commitment and participation in the event.
