On 25-26 February, Vienna Arbitration Days 2022, a leading arbitration conference was held in Austria under the theme Shareholder and Corporate Disputes.
During the first day of the event, within the World Café interactive session, the discussion entitled Arbitrability II decision of the German BGH from 2009 (BGH Arb II) - a mistaken resolution and its harmful effects on domestic and international corporate arbitration practice, was moderated by Rafał Kos, PhD, and co-moderated by Tadeusz Zbiegień, a KKG associate.
