On 18 March, the "Hospital Reform 2022" expert conference was held. During the event, invited experts analysed the planned changes in terms of practical implications of regulations, building scenarios of the behaviour of entities affected by the new law.
Grzegorz Pobożniak, attorney at law and partner at KKG, took part in a panel discussion concerning the effects of restructuring a category C or D hospital. The participants discussed, among other things, the effects of restructuring on relations with the payer, with EU funds, with the owner, with creditors and co-workers, as well as with employees.
