The seat of the Ministry of Justice provided a venue for the second meeting of the Minister of Justice’s Social Committee for Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods. During the session, the Committee, among others, defined its priority tasks, which include collecting examples of good practices in the scope of development and promotion of mediation, development of up-to-date standards of mediator work and training, as well as preparation of materials for judges to use in persuading parties to engage in mediation.
