Messrs. Kos and Zawicki, attorneys-at-law, and Dr Radwan appointed as members of the Business Law Task Force

Mr. Rafał Kos, attorney-at-law, mr. Kamil Zawicki, attorney-at-law, and Dr Arkadiusz Radwan have been appointed as members of the Business Law Task Force.

The Task Force’s duties include:

– Supporting Minister of Economy’s activities in the scope of shaping conditions for pursuing economic activity by providing an assessment of effectiveness and efficiency of functioning of the regulations in force,

– Identifying areas requiring legislator’s intervention,

– Indicating issues requiring extra-legislative measures,

–  Preparing recommendations for solutions in the above-mentioned areas.

The Task Force is comprised of, among others, representatives of associations of Polish judges, attorneys-at-law, legal counsels, court enforcement officers, and tax advisors. Invitations for cooperation have been extended to people with many years of professional experience and high level of know-how in the area of law or economy, who simultaneously engage in scholarly activities. The participation of both practitioners and theoreticians of law in the works will facilitate a constructive discussion on the existing barriers for pursuing economic activity and methods of their elimination.
