On 17 January, Rafał Kos, PhD was appointed as Permanent Arbitrator and Conciliator of the Arbitration Court at the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Poland.
The court has jurisdiction in disputes involving the State Treasury, local government units, state legal entities, legal entities with the participation of the State Treasury or state legal entities and capital companies with the participation of those entities. The Court of Arbitration at the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Poland offers three independent manners of arbitration: mediation, arbitration and conciliation.
