On 27 September - 1 October 2021, Vienna will host the 74th session of the Second UNCITRAL Dispute Resolution/Arbitration and Conciliation Working Group, during which, for the second time, Poland will be represented by Rafał Kos, PhD.

During the session, the Group will focus on the draft explanatory note to theUNCITRAL Expedited Arbitration Rules and the draft rules regarding early dismissal and preliminary determination in international commercial arbitration.

We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the outcome of the work of the 2nd UNICTRAL Working Group, which is the final version of the UNCITRAL Expedited Arbitration Rules.
