Is Poland Arbitration-Friendly? To answer this question Maciej Durbas, of counsel KKG and co-head of the arbitration practice, Angelika Ziarko, associate KKG, and Tadeusz Zbiegień have decided to conduct an empirical survey of 2020 post-award case law originating from 11 Polish Courts of Appeal.
