The 23rd Financial Management Conference, organised by the University of Szczecin, the MBA Alumni Association and the Association of Certified Business Valuation Specialists in Poland, was held on 26-28 October.
During the meeting, the most important topics of contemporary economy and finance were discussed, including prospects for the development of capital markets, enterprise valuation, risk management, enterprise restructuring under pandemic conditions, and challenges in the field of energy.
During the first day of the conference, Paweł Sikora, KKG Warsaw office managing partner, gave a talk entitled 'The New Holding Law - an Advantage or a Problem for Legal Trading'.
