The 12th Tbilisi Vis Pre-Moot ‘Written Memorandum Training’ organised by the Commercial Law Development Program, in cooperation with the Department of Commerce and the US Department of State, took place on 17-19 November.
The meeting was to support students in developing an effective and persuasive memorandum for the Vis Moot competition. Among other experts, Maciej Durbas, PhD, of counsel and co-leader of KKG’s Arbitration Desk, shared his arbitration experience with the participants.
