On 16 March, Patrycja Wysocka, attorney-at-law, senior associate, and co-leader of KKG’s Energy Desk, conducted a contract drafting workshop during the 17th All-Poland Legal Practice Days organised by ELSA Krakow, the European Law Students’ Association. During the workshop, the participants learned the features of a good contract and the steps to follow when writing one. Examples of contractual clauses were also discussed.
The All-Poland Legal Practice Days is an event organised throughout Poland. As a series of training courses and workshops, it aims to support law students in developing practical skills, as well as raising awareness of the realities of the labour market and career prospects.
