On 22 February, Agnieszka Trzaska-Śmieszek, a partner at KKG, hosted a meeting summarising the workshops on intellectual property disputes. The classes were held as part of the 13th edition of IP Student - an educational programme for students in the field of intellectual property law and new technologies.
The workshop consisted of a theoretical and practical part, during which participants performed a task as a case study. The topics covered included, among other things, the settlement of intellectual property disputes, specific legal remedies in intellectual property cases, securing of evidence, disclosure or surrender of evidence, summons for information, special actions in intellectual property proceedings, counterclaims, as well as action for establishing.
