The 9th Polish Congress of Public Procurement Contractors, organized by Must Read Media Publishing House, took place on March 25-26, 2025. This two-day event was an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences, expand one’s knowledge of Public Procurement Law, and look at the subject from the perspective of practitioners and lawyers.

During the congress, participants were able to learn about topics including:

  • blatantly low prices in public procurement,
  • withdrawal from the public procurement contract,
  • practical aspects of joint bidding by contractors for the awarding of a contract.

On the first day of the event, Patrycja Wysocka, attorney-at-law, co-managing partner at KKG Legal, raised the issue of linking investments in nuclear power with the Public Procurement Law.

Thank you to the organizers for the opportunity to participate in this event!
