How to Write Pleadings A Series of Legal Writing Academy Workshops has been Launched

On March 27, Patrycja Wysocka, co-managing partner at KKG Legal, and Katarzyna Kostępska, partner at KKG Legal, led the first workshop of the Legal Writing Academy series “Pleadings - How to Write Them Effectively and in Accordance with the Requirements of the CCP”.

During the workshop, students learned:

  1. What are the formal requirements for writing pleadings?
  2. What are the special requirements for a lawsuit, request for security and appeal?
  3. How elaborate should the petitum be? What should be included in it?
  4. What elements are key, and which can be left out?

The Legal Writing Academy is a 3-day masterclass, during which experts from KKG Legal share their years of experience, practice, and know-how and teach students how to write pleadings, organized in cooperation with ELSA Krakow
