Associated with KKG since 2005. He specialises in Polish and European Community company law as well as concern law, and also the legal-comparative analysis of capital corporation issues and the capital market in Europe and the United States. He also concentrates on the fields of civil and commercial law. He was a member of the Civil Law Codification Committee task team, handling the preparation of provisions of the Civil Code on representation.
