From 13 to 21 July, LUISS Guido Carli in Rome hosted the programme of the Summer School on European & Comparative Company Law. The programme was carried out in cooperation with Leiden University under the aegis of the Center for European Company Law (CECL) associating universities of Leiden, Utrecht, Maastricht, Uppsala, Rome, as well as the Allerhand Institute.

Dr hab. Arkadiusz Radwan, of counsel at Kubas Kos Gałkowski took part in the programme as a lecturer delivering classes on the subject of M&As.

The LUISS Summer School sessions are conducted by leading scholars and practitioners, partners at respectable Italian and European law offices. They allow students to prepare to obtain an academic degree or supplement their knowledge in the area of commercial law by becoming thoroughly acquainted with the theory and practice of companies law in Europe, but also to become familiar with tools for handling cross-border transactions with the participation of stock-exchange listed companies.
